The easiest way to get started is to take a paper-based contract and move it online. Go through the contract process, gather the documents, note the people or roles that will use it, and write down high level workflow, e.g., who starts the process, what do they see next (pages, documents, etc). Then move on to the next step.

Now that you've got some simple requirements, sign up for an account on ContractPal (you can do that from any login screen). Don't worry about costs - developer accounts are free and transactions costs are low. Then, start building your Pal. Don't worry about the technical requirements. If you know simple HTML, understand the rudimentary constructs of modern computer languages, and have some time to spend learning in a fun and interactive environment, you're good to go.

Once you've developed your application or Pal, you can easily deploy it, on behalf of your own enterprise or for other enterprises.
