Residential leasing and rental applications just got a whole lot easier! You will be going to go through a wizard that is very much like a Turbo-Tax experience. It will ask questions, verify responses, and branch when appropriate based upon our answers. You'll note that the wizard comes pre-populated with date to help speed our way through the demo. Don't worry about making mistakes, the Pal will make sure that your answers are appropriate. This Pal demonstrates how easy it is to apply for an apartment or condominium. There are two roles in this Pal: the applicant and the apartment manager.
First - You begin this transaction as the applicant, fill out the necessary information, and sign the application.
Second - You are going to see the completed application. It will be filled in with the data we provided (or accepted) in the wizard. You'll note that you can correct the form (going back to the wizard), exit the Pal or sign the credit application. If you exit, you can (as would your customers)come back to ContractPal at any time and see (and finish) your application.
Third - You are going to see that you have been returned to the main Pal page. You'll see that based upon what you've done already, additional steps are now available. Once you complete all the steps, you'll see that the Pal sends an email to the apartment manager (the email that you provided) aprising the apartment manager of the application.
