Just about any process can be turned into a Pal. . . including new year’s resolutions. This Pal will show you how you can set some goals and make commitments with your friends regarding these goals. There are two roles in the Pal: the goal maker and the friend(s).
First - You will start as yourself by selecting goals including rewards and penalties.
Second - You select friends that you want to make this challenge with including their email addresses. Once you have agreed on the challenge, the system automatically sends email invitations to your friends to come an view your challenge.
Third - Your friends view the challenge, sign and accept. A notification email is sent to you.
