Here is what to expect . . .
This is not a “watered down” product tour. This is a live application that allows you to fully experience ContractPal. You will need to have a ContractPal account to sign in and use the service. This Pal shows how a simple non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be effortlessly be managed using the ContractPal platform. There are two roles in the Pal: the company officer and the recipient. You begin this transaction as the company officer.
First - you will be going through a wizard that is very much like a Turbo-Tax experience. It will ask questions, verify responses,and branch when appropriate based upon our answers. You'll note that the wizard comes pre-populated with date to help speed our way through the demo. Don't worry about making mistakes, the Pal will make sure that your answers are appropriate.
Second - you are going to see the completed non-disclosure agreement. It will be filled in with the data we provided (or accepted) in the wizard. You'll note that you can correct the form (going back to the wizard), exit the Pal or send the non-disclosure agreement to the recipient. If you exit, you can come back to ContractPal at any time and see (and finish) your agreement. Go ahead and send the agreement the recipient.
Third - we are going to see that we have been returned to the main Pal page. You can now exit and go to your email and login as the recipient. You won't need to create a new account. Go ahead and login. You'll see the agreement. It can now be signed. When it is signed, you'll see the signed agreement. You can exit now and you should get a new email for the company officer role. Go ahead and log back in and countersign the agreement.
